Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, Families & Individuals
As someone in my 50s, I understand the complexities and transitions that come with different stages of life—and how important it is to feel seen, supported, and understood.
I bring both life experience and professional training to my work as a therapist.
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply relational. I use Emotionally Focused Couple and Family Therapy (EFCT/EFFT), a research-based model rooted in attachment science, to help clients identify and transform the emotional patterns that create distress in relationships. I have advanced training in EFCT and EFFT, and I specialize in helping clients reconnect, rebuild trust, and create lasting emotional bonds.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and inclusive of diverse identities, relationships, cultures and family structures.
Approach
My work is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFCT/EFFT), which helps uncover the deeper emotions and unmet needs driving conflict. Together, we’ll identify and interrupt negative cycles, creating space for new, more secure ways of relating.
